I don't doubt this. The questions I asked, though, would have been easy to answer by e-mail. I was put off that they wouldn't.

I've talked to the folks at Kirk Photo a couple of times. They are very
helpful and answer questions honestly. They're not some huge
conglomerate looking to sell you stuff: it's a small, specialist outfit
that care about the customers and the products.
