What I've learned about corporate stuff is that there are a hell of a lot of liars in corporations. I do know that the stock has been doing pretty well lately. Go here: http://www.tse.or.jp/english/index.shtml then enter Pentax in the little box on the left side. then click on the Pentax Corp link. The stock run-up might be due to the fact that SPARX is buying it up. SPARX may have done so because they knew that Samsung was going to get involved. The SPARX website is here: http://www.tse.or.jp/english/index.shtml It could be a good sign. They don't seem to be a corporate raider type enterprise. Tom Reese
