OK kids, I'm going to start accepting entries now.
Please send email *to me* (I'll feel free to blissfully ignore entries
sent to the list), at [EMAIL PROTECTED]
In the _Subject_ of the email, please include the string
"PSDB" (without the quotes.) This is so I can filter these emails to
a folder and they don't get lost among tons of personal and
work-related email.
The revised format (thanks Chris) will be:
Country:
Theme: (street-urban, nature, landscape, wildlife, etc)
[State or Province:]
[City:]
Location:
Description: (a short description of why this place is worthwhile)
[Related Link:] (a web site with pictures of the site, or related to it)
[Suggested by:] (name, email address, www page)
Accessiblity: (any special procedures needed to get to the place. Is
it free? Is it private property and you need permission? --etc)
Options within brackets are optional. I'll probably end up
standarizing the themes, once we have a few entries we'll have a good
idea of what they will be.
If you don't want your name to appear in the listing, don't include
the "Suggested by" line. I won't add that data for entries that don't
include it. That is to protect your name and email address if you wish
to.
I reserve the right to edit entries, but I'll use my usual nice and
thoughtful self, so don't expect me to change too much.
Once I get a few entries I'll compile them and post to the web. I'll
then update the list every week or so, or as required based on how
popular this turns out to be.
