Yes, Pal I do agree.
It's forever been a deal breaker when I learn a body does not allow
such. Auto pre-flash or the manual ability to lock up the mirror and
then set the self-timer, is ideal.
Too much hyper-focus work, using 100 ISO film, to do without it.
