You'd have to like fractals. In layman's terms (which I am) they are
repeating shapes/geometric patterns that are unable to be described by
classical geometry. Fractal geometry is able to describe many irregular
patterns in nature, from the smallest scale to the largest. Ice crystals
for one, to plants, coastlines, etc.
Unless we need to work with them for some other reason, they are pretty
patterns.
