Why would you need to carry around a card reader? Do you use a portable computer, or use more than one desktop in different locations?
As far as an old dog learning new tricks, if I can do it, anyone can do it <LOL> I went so far as to install a 10-in-one card reader in my desktop. No need for separate card readers or USB cables.
