Sonera (Finland) is about the worst ISP in the whole of Europe.

I can't change to another provider because there are links all over
the place. Google turns up two dozen on some keywords.
I eventually found the ultimate solution to this issue once for all a
few years ago: buy yourself a cheap .com, .org, .net or .anything domain
name, and stick with it. Forget about ISP hosting, spend 30$/EUR per
year to a serious web hosting and finally get what you paid for. If the
hosting service sucks, dump it right away (good hosting companies even
have cool "move to us" plans), with no service disruption, no links to
update.
If/when your ISP sucks, dump it too, and keep the same e-mail.
And please your family and friends: offer them permanent e-mail accounts
so they can switch ISP when theirs suck, too...
This saved me many headaches!
