I was using the M42 version of the lens that i've had to "break" :-)
I've open that back part of the lens, took out the pint that closes
the diafragm and closed the lens back. This made the lens always close
the diafragm when you close it with the ring and open it when you open
it. Like the A/M switch on some lenses.
