Happy New Year, Frantisek. Good to hear you've jooked on full time with
a daily paper. Hope we'll get to see some of your pics while you're
around.

Hi friends, I just popped in for a while, after unsubscribing for
doing too much photography :)
First, let me wish you a good and felicitous New Year (for those with
our calendar, for the Orthodox countries, just wait a week <g>, and
the Chinese wait a bit longer please), and invite you to look at my
New Year greeting / PF2006 card (Pour Féliciter 2006) here:

Meanwhile, I am still in the photojournalism field, working for a big
daily paper, and still with Nikons as when I was freelance. As Cotty
could attest, journalism can be lot of fun but also a lot of work,
endless waiting with brief moments of shutters tearing themselves at 8
fps and my back burdened by heavy camera gear... ;-) Although his TV
cam is of course much heavier.
Not much time to check the list, to hear the endless whining about
DSLRs (is it still so?) or the interesting OT discussions...
I will unsubscribe in few days again, so I wish you a nice time, don't
fight too much over the missing aperture lever (heh, even Nikon's D200
has it once again <g, d & r>) and of course good light for your
photography!
Frantisek
