It's not an ad for Wüsthoff, it's a magazine article that explains the various types of knives available for different purposes. The editor may ask me to remove the logos from all of the knives I shot. In this case, however, I chose to picture this side of the knife because it shows the scalloped edge. The reverse side doesn't show them clearly.
