keith whaley ======= Great! You do have to cut out everything to have it work, though. I love tomatoes too and it was very hard to cut them out. They do have a cookbook that includes a recipe for "red sauce" for spaghetti and things. I have to admit I haven't tried it, although I got the cookbook. I am sort of the opinion that I don't want any stinking fake substitutes ;-) That I'd rather just not have real thing. But that's sort of counterproductive, so probably someday... It's worked for me.
