Another shot Christmas shopping with the girls (but they're not in
this one), this time having some Phisheye Phun.

This is taken at the flagship store of Canada's largest book retailer,
Indigo Books, in Toronto's Eatons Centre. My personal policy is to
not buy from these guys ever, for at least 3 major reasons (which I
won't go into now), maybe more if I thought really hard about it.

But, I do look for books there, before I go to other acceptable
bookstores and buy.

The fellow in the white shirt leaning against the railing at the top
of the frame is an employee, and approached me a minute or so later,
telling me: "We don't take pictures here." I decided not to argue,
but I did want to say, "You know you're working for fascist pigs,
don't you?" Instead, I smiled, said, "Oh, sorry, I'll put the camera
away," and went on my way.

Oh yeah, another bad scan made from a bad minilab print.

Comments are always welcome:

There is a lot going on in this shot. It gives you plenty to look at. The geometry is quite nice too.

On another note, how would you have argued about the picture taking?
It is not a public place and if their corporate policy is against photography in the store then so be it. Though they can always ask you to leave...

Just curious as to your thoughts on this point.
I won't ask, in this post, about your reasons for not buying there... :-)
