Presuming your developer is good, RC papers (especially Kodak) tend to not have the deepest blacks anyway. Not enough silver in em. You really need to go to premium fiber papers to get truly black blacks. Also, extended wet times can have a bad effect on RC papers D-Max (thats how black the blacks are). So, keep your wet times to a minimum, and maybe bump the development times to set the blacks better. If this doesn't help, you might want to switch to better paper.
