Best viewfinder on any SLR for me was a Nikon F3/T with hp finder and type E screen. Period. An absolutely perfect match to my eyesight. The Pentax *ist DS is very close to that, but doesn't have the 100% coverage field of view.
Second best is a Leica R8/9, but I could never afford the lenses I'd want for that bugger, nor the digital back.
