Hi Igor,
My FA50/1.4 ring feels like my other FA lenses (28mm, 135mm, 100mm
macro, 28-105). Tight, and plasticky, but everything works so it is
certainly nothing to worry about. On the response, I think people on
this list are _much_ more helpful than most, but really, no one is
obliged to answer every question they read (there are 100s of posts
every day after all). I consider every response I get to one of my
questions a privilege, not a right.
