Hi all. The scanner has been spoken for. It's going to a kind and loving
home where it can get all the attention and care it deserves.

I have a first generation Minolta Dimage Scan Dual that I'm no longer using
due to replacing it with a newer model. I bought it in 1998, I think.
Nothing wrong with it... I believe it cost around 350 USD at the time.
This is a 2820 dpi film scanner. It comes with original driver CD, SCSI
card and cable, and slide and negative holders.
Note the following:
1. It is a SCSI device, therefore it requires a SCSI card.
2. The PC needs a spare PCI slot for the SCSI card.
3. Minolta has not published a driver for it since Win2000/NT. It's also
MAC-compatible. The most recent drivers are available on Minolta's
website.
4. It can run with VueScan as well ($50/$80)
This first model did not have any batch scanning capability, meaning each
frame must be scanned individually, instead of scanning all the frames in
the film holder at one time.
If you don't have a film scanner, I'm willing to let this go for free to a
good home, as long I get reimbursed for the shipping costs.
Please contact me off-list.
