Those kinds of prices are available in the midwest, where there's
plenty of land, few people, etc.
I went for open house to a 4br, 2ga home in my neighborhood (Santa
Clara Valley, California) just before Xday.
Asking price was $3,600,000. (No, I wasn't looking to buy...!!!) Just
a little nonce for people who hold a basket load of Google.com IPO
certificates. sigh.
