Microsoft's hardware (Keyboards, mice and game controllers, as well as 
the XBoxes and a cordless phone) has been universally good to excellent. 
As has a fair bit of their software. The only issue is that the desktop 
Windows variants have been exceeded only by Microsoft Bob in their 
general usability and quality.
