yes but there are still many commercial applications where large format is still needed. I don't think the LF film will die, the price will just go up as its made in smaller quantities. large format hasn't been popular EVER... jco

I agree with oyu on the qualitative part, but I think we are going to be SOL regarding getting film for our view cameras within a few years.
