That surprises me, Mishka. My 80-200 F2.8 zoom arrived with a massive dent
in the box. It went back and I had a similar a similar item within a couple
of weeks. I had my A*600 f5.6 three weeks before the problem in charging my
credit card got cleared up. They've been great, until now, and have a bank
of goodwill to burn.  But really,  "it's a manual focus lens, you idiot"
begs for reconsideration.

my experience with KEH repair, as well as dealing with their sales stuff
beyond the binary buy/return, has alwais been a nightmare. if that's
