I have two different, Siemens-made BT DECTs and I am happy with them. They are fairly easy to use; of course if you want to use them to the maximum you need to press more buttons ;-) Biggest shortcoming, their screens don't light up.
If buying again I would try Siemens again, probably the colour screen ones (eg gigaset, my parents have one), though I am not in the market and have not investigated properly. Their interface is very similar (though cut down) to a mobile phone, and wifey is already on Siemens mobile no 2.
