One of the American states, it may be Texas, has a 30% miss rate on executing the real criminal (Amnesty International keeps tabs on such things). These are real people, charged with a crime and found guilty, only to be found innocent after they have been murdered by the state. I know of 3 people in Canada who would be dead innocent if we had a death penalty in Canada.

Sorry Cotty, no justice system is accurate enough to be killing or maiming people.
