I concur with the others:

Wonderful portrait.  It has loads of personality and character.

The reflection is problematic for me.  I saw you say that his mirrored
glasses are his "trademark".  I wouldn't mind if they appeared
completely mirrored.  OTOH, I wouldn't mind if they appeared as
regular clear (or even dark) glass, with no reflections.  But the
"partial reflection" that we see is the least preferable situation,
IMHO.

Still, I really like this one.  The reflection thing is just a nitpick, really.
