And, what Gonz didn't tell you, Mark (since it appears that you may
not know - or even care, but I'll tell you anyway), is that the
University of Texas Longhorns won the national college football
championship with a recent victory in the Rose Bowl, over previous #1
USC.  USC hadn't lost a game in something like 3 years, were going for
their third straight title, and were heavy favourites to win (even
though Texas hadn't lost in, what, a year and a half?).

It was truly one of the great football games of all time, with the
'Horns scoring on almost the last play of the day, on a 24 yard run by
their QB, who had the game of his life (both running and throwing).

So there, aren't you glad you asked?
