Stick with it - it gets easier. It's the best investment you can make
both for your health and for your hobby - a pack a day soon adds up to
some serious discretionary budget.
And you've taken one important step by telling us about it; now you'll
have to consider the embarassment of admitting it to us should you pick
up another cigarette.
P.S. I, personally, found cold turkey was the way to go. A gradual
withdrawal just creates a dis-satisfied smoker.
