RE:Pentax lens rebates

Pat, use the peel-off sticker for your rebate submission.  I cut the  
one off the box but the rebate was denied.  When I called them they  
advised me to resubmit my application for rebate with the sticker.   
The application went through OK the second time.

I think that the box has the generic Pentax code and the sticker has  
the Pentax USA code, which is the one needed for the rebate.
