Confusion reigns. As far as I'm aware a "squeeze box" is a colloquial term 
which relates to any musical instrument that is generally played by squeezing 
between the hands. The instrument in Jens photo would generally be termed a 
type of accordion or concertina (can't see the keys). World wide a harmonica is 
generally known as a mouth organ (which uses metal reeds), a "draw harmonica" 
is likely a descriptive term brought into local colloquial use.
