First glance, no - but then, looking again, there is something that intrigues me. I think it is the look in his eyes. Somehow, they grab me. Maybe because the rest of the image is a bit soft and portrays a bit of movement. I think the conversion needs a bit of work - there are patches on his face that are not as continuous as I would expect.
