The cover page shows a young lady petting what is thought of as a "dangerous breed" by many uneducated people. This was taken at a birthday party. I'm not sure who was holding the dog's leash, but was probably a child about the same age as the kid petting the dog.
Neither child had met the amimal prior to that moment.

"Punish the deed not the breed", it says.

Punish the owner, I say.
