My photo database keeps track of lens info so this kind of thing is
quite easy for me, provided I can beat out the SQL to do it on a

Pentax SMC 55mm f/1.8 35
Pentax Takumar-A 28mm f/2.8 31
Pentax SMC-FA 100mm f/2.8 Macro 23
Mamiya-Sekor 90mm f/3.8 19
Tokina 200mm f/3.8 9
Bear in mind that my scanning is only up to January 2000, apart from
a number of newer ones I've added separately.
I only own one of those lenses now. The 55mm came with my first K2,
and I bought the 28 and 200mm lenses soon after. The Mamiya lens
came with the RB67. The macro is probably my most used lens nowadays
as I only have to go as far as the garden to use it.
