Downloaded the article and opened it with Preview on Mac OS X
v10.4.4 ... no problems. Don't have time to read it through right
now, but it looks interesting.

Thanks for this. She's been someone who has interested me for
some time
but, as you say, it's quite hard to find information.
I'm using Acrobat6 and I get a warning that the file might not open
properly; it does. Users with older versions may have real problems.
