No lines to speak of, service charges are non-existent for my type of
transactions, nobody blocking the sidewalk, and a friendly staff. Using a
small, local bank, and knowing the staff, does help though. Been invited
to the former VP's wedding, had dinner at the home of another, lunches at
reasonable intervals with a couple of people from the main office, and
often share nice, personal stories with the tellers and office managers.
I'm on a first name basis with pretty much all the staff at the three
closest branches. I love my bank!
