This guy (Kevin Ing) seem to have tested a lot of lenses for the Pentacon,
Kiev, Exakta MF bayonet - including a 3.5/60mm Curtagon.
Photodo rates this one at only 2.9.

I'm not shure about his email, though, but this site has many of the member
adresses:

As far as I know it's a very good lense recipe. The 80m lenses for Exakta
are excellent, even thoug not quite as good as the Xenotar. But better than
the Schneider Exakta and the CZJ Biometar.

It is possible to buy a shift adapter for these MF lenses - I geuss for use
on 35mm cameras - I'm not sure - but I saw one on ebay recently (one week
ago).
Hope this helpes

I had a Schneider-Kreuznach PA-Curtagon 1:4/35 shift lens in Pentax screw
mount
for a few years, it was a great performer and very compact for a shift lens
though I never did any formal testing.
