Seeking comments about usage/performance on FA lenses.
Thanks to all that responded to my request - one of the great things about
this list.
I was thinking about specifically using it on my 600mm FA & 300mm FA
Curious as to what they cost nowadays.

It is VERY good in my experience.
I liked mine so much, I got another used one as spare :-)
One is almost permanently on the A 300mm f/2.8 and
the other is used with all the others.
Works great on MF lenses, and is nice on an AF one
to reduce the AF hunting area (focus limit).
Quality seems quite good, can hardly see a difference between
this 1.7 one and the two 1.4x or 2x L converters when used on
the 300mm (and 510mm f/5 on the *istD is good for wildlife :-)
