I didn't know about this, and I wonder how enforced it is. If it is
like in France, you could say it is rarely enforced. Peter Turnley,
who published "Parisians", says that it is a non issue, and that he
openly does it. He's been getting away with it for more than 20 years
and a couple of books published.

But in any case, the fact that such issues make the papers is worrying.
