Shucks, they left out a phrase of legalese......
Perhaps they should have vetted it with the corporate lawyers, had an online
contract written up and posted to their website with 128 bit encryption on
the digital signature?
And make sure you send the EXIF data, don't want some joker to send in an
image taken with a Canon, do we?

I suspect Marco is a sales rep in Toronto who is trying to dress up the show
tables, and thought actual customer photos would have been a good way to
sell the product on the merits of being able to take wonderful pictures with
it.
I doubt if it ever occurred to him that the lawyers should be invoked.
