The Hindus too.  All religious groups that manage to
get their paws on power behave the same way.  Faith
is the antithesis of reason and force is the only way it
can deal with people who don't agree.

If by "faith" you mean "participation in a system" then perhaps
you are correct.  But if by "faith" you mean "understanding" or "trust"
then I beg to differ.  Reason doesn't require full knowledge any more
than faith requires unquestioning trust.  The next time you start
your car you will practice both at the same time -- faith and reason.
Both are often be based on knowledge and understanding.
