Hi Mark,

I just used normal illumination but I took action to avoid coloured 
reflections. For the daylight setting I used direct mid-day sunlight with the 
target in the middle of a neutral white card. I used a tripod to support the 
camera overhead and was well away from the set-up when the exposure was made in 
order to eliminate unwanted reflections. 

I also made a cal profile for my 5000k cold lamps, again I just saturated the 
target and made an exposure which placed the target range well within the 
cameras sensor range. Items off my light table look better balanced than ever 
now and I'm seeing subtleties in my daylight shots that I likely would have 
missed before.
