Six days ago I posted a plaintive plea on this list for somebody to sell
me an FA* 200mm lens - either type.
Within minutes, I had a reply from Canada. The next day, the deal was
done, and the cash transferred. The lens then found its way via Kentucky
to Texas, and thence, today (along with, and thanks to, my brother), to
London.
So, six days later I am the proud possessor of what will probably be my
last lens purchase for a while.
