Godfrey, here is what I have to say.

First, the 51.

It really works. But I think it would really shine if you included
more of a person on the left. In fact, it would be an interesting
exercise (at least to me) in composition, to look at both what I
suggested and your version and compare them.

Still, great stuff.

Second, the 52.

There are two bright areas just beneath the man's legs... To me they
seem to be distracting. I want to concentrate on his pose and general
atmosphere of the shot - that of pondering... Yet, those two bright
spots - they pop into my eyes and drag my attention away - not good me
thinks.

I should also say that it is rather interesting to see how the lens
you used was changing throughout the time... It seems you've found new
favorite in FA 35/2.
