Not a big upgrade, but it solved my one real beef with the 20d, the lack
of a spot meter.
I'm looking at picking one up as soon as the budget allows (undecided as
to whether I get the 24-105L first)

Not a great improvement though--same 8MP as the 20D. Consider it a 20Ds.
