What caught my eye in this article is that they don't name the "Chicago camera club" that Chad Marek is the president of. I don't know if that's NYT policy, or if it's because the name is too darned long (Fort Dearborn Chicago Photo Forum). I think they could have come up with a pretty interesting story just on this club. It's one of the oldest (some say THE oldest) camera clubs in the country, membership is dwindling, but most newer members like me are joining to get access to the club's darkrooms.
