It looks to me as though Paypal (not the scammer) tried to log in to eBay to add logos to your listings, but were unable to do so because you had changed your password. I don't think this is cause for concern. (It might be smart if Paypal only tried to log in if you had listings, but perhaps it's easier to log in first then search for 'My Listings').
