It is, probably no coincidence that Pentax chose to write Tv 4000 on this
D645-Dummy. It clearly indicates that this is the top shutter speed, that
Pentax intend to build into this camera.

As Bob has pointed out here, 1/4000th can be achieved through
switching. It's certainly not hard to believe that the camera will be
capable of that. And it's not hard to believe that the photo would be
as authentic as possible. There is nothing ludicrous about surmising
that this number is indicative of real capability.
