You are correct I misread the specs, the KAF-10010 pixel is smaller, off the 
official spec sheets:

KAF-10010, Pixel Size 6.8 um (H) x 6.8 um (V)

ICX413AQ, Unit cell size: 7.80um (H) × 7.80um (V)

Though I still expect it to offer improved noise performance, however frame to 
frame speed would be slower too.
