My experience is far too limited to offer an informed opinion about
paper and chemicals, but you should take a look at
http://www.jandcphoto.com.  I have been ordering quite a bit of film
from them lately.  Chemicals are still available locally.  I'll wait
until they're not before paying the shipping fees on that stuff.
