Yes, I think Pentax obviously made the right decision to not deliver the MZ-D, when the facts were known. They obviously made the wrong decision originally to go with that sensor and 'bait' the market. I wouldn't actually blame Phillips. I would bet all the signs were there that Phillips was struggling to produce the sensor in either quantity/quality and that those signs were not recognized or they were misread.

Of course it's water under the bridge now.
