Dave, I'd hate to be forced to try something like this, even for a forgiving family member. Very static camera angle detracts from viewing a sequence such as this. Did you try profiles (both sides), low angles, tele tight isolations, side angles separating the microphone from the face somewhat? Not something you would have much, if any, control over, but some don't look that pleased with what they were doing. Extremely "flat" images that might be punched up a little. Congratulations on taking this on.
