I won't answer your second question, but I will enlighten you.
Intimate apparel normally conjures up an idea of something a little more
intimate, a little more delicate, and a little interesting, than a bloody
great parka.
This photo says something about the weather and the women of
Saskatchewan. Obviously, the weather is cold. As for the women, well
perhaps William can shed more light on the subject than I can.
