It seems I won a 6.9/200-500mm Tamron, but it's NOT the "SP". I'll let you know how it is, when I get it, hopefully in less than one week. I would have loved to have the 5.6 SP version, but this is much more expensive - 4-5 times, what I must pay for the 6.9 lens. I do remember someone on this list say it's decent at F8-11. I can't find that mail. It would be nice to actaully see some shots made with this huge lens - please!
